From Lille and Paris (A16) :

As you enter Boulogne sur Mer take exit No 29 : BOULOGNE PORT / OUTREAU LE PORTEL
Once on the bypass (N416), remain in the right-hand lane and continue straight on.
Tight bend to the right, once on the N1 (enter the left-hand lane)
Follow the signs for BOULOGNE PORT CAR FERRY (N1) through two roundabouts.
Follow the sign for BOULOGNE CENTRE
Roundabout: turn left , following AUTRES DIRECTIONS then continue to follow CAR FERRY

At the corner of the rue Montebello, turn right into the rue Commandant Charcot.
